BWS has pioneered the use of iPads for sharing and storing documents during depositions and trial preparation. This significantly reduces the amount of copies that must be made while enabling quick access to key documents without having to shuffle through boxes of files.

BWS also maintains a database program for managing large document cases---including imaging & coding documents as well as state of the art trial presentation software.

We are strong advocates of paperless document productions as a means to better serve our clients while helping to preserve our natural resources.
