BWS attorneys have acted as national litigation counsel for a structural wood products manufacturer based in Boise, Idaho (Trus Joist Corp, acquired by Weyerhaeuser and now Redbuilt). For more than two decades, Thomas Banducci has represented Trus Joist in lawsuits alleging products liability, design professional malpractice, and construction defect for residential and commercial structures. BWS attorneys have expertise in wood technology issues, fire retardant treatment, wood structure performance, water intrusion, code approval for structural wood products, and accident site investigation.  BWS attorney, Thomas Banducci,  has had primary responsibility for handling Trus Joist cases in over 20 states.

Agrium US, Inc. / Crop Production Services, Inc. / United Agri Products, Inc.

BWS attorneys currently act as national litigation counsel for a multinational agricultural products manufacturer based in Greeley, Colorado.  For the past four years, Benjamin Schwartzman has represented Agrium, C.P.S., U.A.P., and their numerous subsidiaries  in lawsuits alleging products liability, crop and livestock damage, breach of contract, breach of warranty, administrative regulatory compliance and personal injury.  BWS attorneys have expertise in all facets of litigation arising from not only the manufacture, retail sale and delivery of agricultural products, but the various vertically integrated processes included in their effectuation (e.g., mining of phosphates for fertilizer).  BWS attorney Benjamin Schwartzman has held primary responsibility for handling Agrium / C.P.S. / U.A.P. cases.
