Thomas (Tom) Banducci has over 30 years of experience in civil litigation, involving a variety of complex commercial issues. Tom has managed cases both as plaintiff's and defense counsel. He is a 1976 honors graduate of Stanford University and graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of Law in 1979.
Tom has been practicing law in Idaho since 1979 and founded the Boise office of Stoel Rives LLP in 1991, where he headed up the Idaho litigation team and served as managing partner for several years. In 2007, he joined with Wade Woodard and Benjamin Schwartzman to form BWS.

Tom has litigated cases in over 20 states, representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial cases, including representation of:
- Tamarack Resort LLC in $250 million foreclosure proceeding and related litigation
- DBSI Inc. in defense of investor claims and securities class action claims
- MRI Associates against St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center relative to breach of fiduciary duty, conspiracy and unfair business tactics
- Agrium Inc. relative to industrial construction cost overrun in excess of $30 million
- Farmers against sugar beet cooperative for breach of contract and violation of covenants of good faith and fair dealing
- Albertson's shareholders in derivative action filed against Albertson's board of directors for breach of fiduciary duty relative to excessive payments to its CEO.
- Company's interest in connection with misappropriation of trade secrets by company's director of research and development
- Company harmed in connection with failure of company wide integration of ERP software system
Tom is active in the Boise community, having served on the board of directors and executive committee for the YMCA, and is a founding member of the Gene Harris Jazz Festival board. He has coached AAU girl's basketball for over a decade. Tom is married and has three grown children.
