
Wade WoodardWade brings big firm experience to his practice. Prior to founding BWS, Wade worked at regional firms in the Southwest and Northwest. Wade's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with specific expertise in commercial disputes, bad faith insurance claims, product liability claims, securities fraud and employment issues. Wade is a 1997, magna cum laude and Order of the Coif graduate of Brigham Young University Law School. He was a Senior Editor on BYU's Law Review. Career highlights:

Wade is active in the Boise community serving as volunteer attorney for the CASA program, representing abused children in Child Protection Act cases and as a volunteer Boy Scout leader. He currently serves as Secretary for the Litigation Section of the Idaho State Bar. Wade is married and has five children. |
