Ben Schwartzman

Ben is a founding member of Banducci Woodard Schwartzman PLLC. Ben specializes in federal and state law class action litigation. He has prosecuted securities and consumer fraud cases against some of the largest publicly traded companies in the country. He has directed nationwide consumer protection suits against product manufacturers, advertisers and governmental regulatory bodies. Benjamin also has experience in pursuing claims for investment loss on behalf of numerous "high-net-worth" and institutional investors, as well as private trusts.

Ben brings to BWS several years experience with litigation firms. Prior to moving back to his hometown of Boise, Ben practiced with Hagens Berman Sobol & Shapiro, LLP - a Seattle headquartered firm that is recognized as one of the nation's premier law firms in class-action and large-scale litigation.

Ben received his J.D. in 1996 from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California at Berkeley, where he received Honors & High Honors. Ben was also a Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude graduate of Duke University in 1992.

Ben is admitted to practice law in Washington and Idaho.

He lives in Boise with his wife Nirmala and their three children. Ben is passionate about baseball and continues to play-- leading his Boise based team to the league championships in 2007.
