
Jennifer Schrack Dempsey![]() Jennifer is a tenacious litigation attorney with extensive experience in state and federal courts and expertise in diverse areas of the law, including business, employment, professional malpractice, insurance bad faith, and catastrophic injury. She has a proven ability to organize and move litigation forward, whether to settlement or trial. Jennifer obtained her law degree from Loyola Law School in 1997 and her BA from University of San Francisco in 1991. Before attending law school, Jennifer worked at the dispute resolution firm, JAMS, wherein she worked closely with retired judges and attorneys toward consensus and resolution as an alternative to litigation. During law school, Jennifer worked at the law firm, Engstrom Lipscomb & Lack, where she managed large cases from their inception through both federal and state courts. Jennifer then joined a small boutique plaintiff's litigation practice where she managed to resolution or trial an assortment of cases including catastrophic injury, products liability, police brutality, bad faith insurance and employment discrimination. Since practicing in Idaho, Jennifer has expanded her practice to include representation of children and other wards of the court as both an attorney and guardian ad litem. She also spends a good portion of her time committed to pro bono activities; to include representation of an asylee in immigration proceedings and volunteering with refugees new to Boise. She sits on the Board of Directors for Idaho Women Lawyers and is a member of the Law Related Education Committee of the Idaho Law Foundation. Jennifer is admitted to practice in both Idaho and California. Jennifer enjoys her free time with her husband and two young children and running or skiing the hills of Idaho. |
