Dara Labrum

Dara counsels plaintiffs and defendants from all over the country on a wide range of commercial litigation matters.  Recent representations include breach of contract actions, lien disputes, class actions, and appellate practice.

Before joining BWS in 2008, she clerked three years for Judge Karen Lansing of the Idaho Court of Appeals.  Previously, she was a summer intern for the Idaho State Bar and the Canyon County Prosecutor’s office.  Her volunteer activities include assisting low-income or endangered women in divorce and custody matters.

She is a 2005 cum laude graduate of the University of Idaho College of Law, where she was a member of the Idaho Law Review, as well as the contributor of a case of note entitled Idaho’s Immobile Burden:  Roberts v. Roberts and Custodial Parent Relocation, 41 Idaho L. Rev. 147.

She loves Idaho’s rivers, mountains, and trails, and is looking forward to being married in the fall of 2010.
